We have compiled this list of frequently asked questions with the help of many of our valued past guests. It is our goal to provide you with as much information about our resort to assist you in preparation of, and during your stay. This list of FAQ’s is constantly being updated with answers to questions most commonly asked by our guests. The first 4 questions are in relation to Covid-19.

Yes we are open for business. Reception hours may differ so please call us directly to confirm.

From 17/12/21 201 Lake Street will be operating in accordance with the Queensland Government guidelines. Currently, these guidelines provide that all guests, regardless of vaccination status are welcome to stay at 201 Lake Street for accommodation purposes, including for work or leisure. 201 Lake Street will continue to operate in accordance with these guidelines should they change into the future. For more information, please visit the QLD Government website.

Yes all guest facilities are open. Please keep in mind social distancing measures will remain in place. This update is subject to any Government changes to COVID-19 restrictions.

Yes during this current situation guests can cancel free of charge.

Yes guests can postpone their bookings.

Yes the resort does have free Wi-Fi (download limits apply).

Yes all our apartments do have air conditioning.

Our apartments are not serviced daily as we are self-contained apartments, bookings of 7 nights or more receive a mid-stay service. Hotel Rooms receive a daily service unless specified. If you do wish to have a daily service it can be arranged for a fee.

As we are self-contained apartments a small starter pack is provided with a few essential items to get you through the first day or so. These items are not replenished during the stay.

0-2 years inclusive FOC when using existing bedding. Cot hire available – charges do apply.
3 years + adult rates apply.

Yes we do. Cot hire is $40.00 for 1 night and $20.00 per night for 2 nights or more.

Yes we do have free safe secure undercover parking.

We do not have a 24 hour reception desk. If you do require after hours check in please contact us directly to arrange prior to arrival. Our reception hours are as follows:

Monday – Sunday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Check in time is 2:00pm. If you would like to discuss an earlier check-in time please contact us directly to arrange prior to arrival.

Check out time is 10:00am. If you would like to discuss a later check-out time please contact us directly to arrange prior to departure.
